I just finished my first challenge and lost 22.7 pounds, I did not starve myself you actually are supposed to eat every 2 to 3 hours lean proteins and low carbs it's a great program the trainers were amazing and very motivating. It is a lifestyle change and worth it.

I did get my money back all $497 of it and elected to put it toward my membership not because they forced me but because I am addicted to these amazing workouts and lifestyle. I only have about 5 more pounds to lose so that just goes to show that even those of us who only have 20 pounds to lose CAN DO IT TOO! I guess I would of been a little upset with MYSELF if I didn't lose the weight but because I (FTDI) followed the *** instructions I did lose the weight.

The so called starvation thing that they have you do the last week is not a starvation plan and is for people who maybe weren't following the *** instructions an you do eat. So I recommend it 100%
