Hello anonymous,

First of all, if you were in fact in the military (as I was) the first rule is to "suck it up and drive on" this coming from a FEMALE veteran.

Secondly, this is a "transformation camp" not a gym. Most of the trainers are in fact trainers at other well-known gyms. 6 weeks means that your goal is to lose the weight in that time frame.

The money up front is due to the fact that people will do anything to get their money back..

Lose the weight = get full refund.

If you fail to follow the instructions given to you in any way, shape OR form, you will likely come short in meeting the goal.

The reason why you have some people taking these "unethical" approaches by "sweating" it off or coming back later is because the staff wants you to get your money back. If you get your money back, you're happy and will likely speak highly of the program. More times than most, people end up rolling the money over towards another challenge or year membership as I did.

The reason why you have to "post" is so to keep you accountable of your workouts. You "check-in" to show that you in fact showed up to workout and of course it's free advertisement for their business. You could have easily opened a fake account and checked-in that way, but if you didn't want to do that then that's your own fault.

Everyone's body works different and it's important that you bring up any issues that may be having regarding losing the weight.

I personally wasn't losing weight the first 2 weeks until I rotated my carb intake and wouldn't you know? the pounds began to shed.

Yes, you are building muscle when you workout .. so simply put, you break down fat and make room for muscle which equates to a trim figure.. Your body begins to shrink and your muscles begin to show.

Lastly, no one is forcing you to purchase their products. They encourage you yes, because anyone who would have a certain process to do things would only encourage to consume products that stay true to their process.

I can assure you that not everyone that I came across purchased their products and still made weight.

It just seems to me that you must of really tried hard to meet the goal and all that frustration got to you at the end and you feel better at blaming others rather than looking at yourself and possibly realizing that perhaps you just needed more time. There is no shame in failure, but there is shame in pointing fingers at others because you're unhappy.. or maybe because you failed to Follo The *** Instructions (FTDI).

Wow! If you are a regular at the camp, I will be putting my money elsewhere.

You sound like a real tool and I can see why "anonymous" didn't like the camp with people like you around. So suck up your lack of understanding for "anonymous" and be a human being. That very well could be you off by .4 pounds next week. However you are probably "sucking up" to the clique and one of those who would get special treatment.

I wouldn't know without knowing you. However, I will base my opinion of you solely on your post as you based your opinion of anonymous and I will come to the conclusion that since u like to "suck up" I am sure you are very good at it.

Talking about good advertisement for the camp let me assure you that your attitude toward anonymous is horrible advertising for the camp. Nobody wants to workout next to people like you!!!
